Wantmonster
began as an improvisational dance troupe located in eastern Serbia way
back in the graceful year of nineteen hundred and ninety two. Quickly
realizing the real money was in the basement punk circuit of western
Canada, the misanthropic anti-heroes hastily hijacked the local jet
pack merchants wares to facilitate their migration. Upon arrival in the
new world it was decreed that the collective would roam aimlessly in a
bardlike manner serenading their victims before asking for drugs and
bus fare. Several attempts were made by the Monsters of Want to grasp
coattails of those that came before so that they could drop band names
in their gangster raps. But that is really neither here nor there..
